Foundation is key to a good build and we use a proven design involving a 40N concrete pile system with steel adjustable rods to allow us to get over any uneven land

• corrugated metal sheeting for sides and back elevations

• 50mm rigid board insulation

• 12.5mm plasterboard

• professionally plastered finish

• skirting and architraves where required

Roof:

• C24 125mm x 50mm roof joists

• 18mm OSB roofing boards

• 1 piece rubber roof membrane

• colour coded fascias and sofits

• gutter and fall pipe

• 100mm rigid board insulation

• 12.5 plaster board

• professional plaster finish

Doors & windows:

We only use high specification aluminium doors and windows. These come in a large variety of colours to suit your requirements. All glazing is up to current building regulations and is of course double glazed and toughened where required

Internals:

• double sockets as requested

• 2 KW wall hung heaters

• fire rated spot lights

• current regulation consumer unit
